Crypto DAO Exploit Results in $52,000 Loss
The Pro token contract of Crypto DAO was exploited due to access control issues. The attacker profited approximately $52,000 while the contract lost around 167,200 Pro tokens.
The exploit occurred on the Binance Smart Chain, where the attacker was able to call publicly accessible vault functions. GoPlus Security's analysis indicated that the actual profit from the exploit was about $52,000.
In addition to the loss of Pro tokens, related addresses monitored by Blockaid held approximately $8.2 million worth of USDT. However, this amount does not reflect the actual stolen funds.
